Deycke discovered her innate skills for creating at a young age by drawing and sculpting art works. Obsessed with collecting beauty books and fashion magazines, she knew this will be her future path. She completed a solid education at the prestigious Marlies Moeller Salon in Hamburg/Germany, learning the science and fundamentals of hair in cut, color and styling.
She soon started traveling and working as a freelance hair stylist in Milan and Amsterdam. Ever fascinated by Fine Art photography and Haute Couture, she found her creative playground in Paris where she resided for 5 years, refining her skills by assisting legendary hair stylists like Guido Palau, Eugene Soleiman and Luigi Murenu for fashion week over many seasons. In 2006, her love for discovering life , places and people , brought her to New York. She fell in love with the pure, aestetic style of New York’s fashion and beauty scene and has been working with some of the best teams in the industry. Mainly specializing on beauty hair, Deycke understands the art of creating healthy looking high end beauty hair styles for photo and video. The challenge in her work is to support the most beautiful pictures by using her artistic ability and technical knowledge. Her extraordinary sensibility for textures and shapes, her unflappable determination, and her sanguine personality allow her to conquer any task that lies before her. Deycke’s infectious positive spirit is immediately apparent when she enters a room.
